5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All course prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our authorized payment gateway. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

5.4 Failed Transactions

If a payment fails, you will not receive course access until successful payment is completed. Any amount debited will be refunded as per bank/payment gateway policies.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Request made within 7 days of course purchase
• Less than 20% of course content has been accessed
• Valid reason provided for dissatisfaction

6.2 Refund Process

To request a refund:

2. Provide your order details and reason for refund
3. Allow 7-10 business days for processing
4. Refund will be credited to the original payment method

6.3 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

• More than 7 days have passed since purchase
• More than 20% of course content has been accessed
• Course completion certificate has been issued
• Violation of Terms of Service has occurred

7. Intellectual Property Rights
