- No Certificate: Course completion certificate has not been issued

Non-Refundable Situations
Please note: Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations
- Time Expired: More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase
- Excessive Usage: More than 20% of the course content has been accessed or viewed
- Certificate Issued: Course completion certificate has already been downloaded or issued
- Terms Violation: Violation of our Terms of Service has occurred

Refund Processing Time
Once your refund request is approved, we process it immediately. However, the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment method and bank:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- Net Banking: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Digital Wallets: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfer: 7-10 business days

Partial Refunds
In certain exceptional cases, we may offer partial refunds:

- If technical issues prevented full course access (after troubleshooting attempts)

Partial refund amounts are determined on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Uniq Spoken English management.
Course Access After Refund
Once a refund is processed and approved:
- Your access to the course will be immediately revoked
- You will no longer be able to view course videos or materials
- Any certificates or course completion records will be invalidated
- You may re-purchase the course in the future if you change your mind
Failed Transactions & Double Charges
Failed Transactions
If your payment fails but money is deducted from your account:
- The amount will be automatically refunded by your bank/payment gateway within 5-7 business days
- If not refunded automatically, contact us with transaction details
- We'll coordinate with Razorpay to resolve the issue immediately
Double Charges
If you've been charged twice for the same course:
- Contact us immediately with both transaction IDs
- We'll verify and process a full refund for the duplicate charge within 24 hours
- No eligibility criteria apply for duplicate charge refunds
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your course enrollment at any time, but refund eligibility depends on when you cancel:
- Within 7 days + less than 20% progress: Full refund eligible
- After 7 days or more than 20% progress: No refund, but continued course access
- Account Deletion: Deleting your account does not automatically trigger a refund
Dispute Resolution
